As a student and as a teacher, I have always held the view that every learner is capable of making a mark in education, occupation, and life if the learner is given equal space and level-playing opportunities.Critical thinking and opinion and argument development naturally follow. We finally end up with develop the ability to apply the general principles to new settings. This core competency will equip students for all current and future demands. I strongly believe that significant learning occurs when theory is integrated with practice. I can still feel the impact of my teachers having brought the prototypes and models to explain away how various devices worked. This kind of demonstration will greatly improve the conceptual understanding of the subject.

Administratively, he has served as Principal, HoD, and NBA/NAAC coordinator, achieving accolades like NAAC A for RVS College and boosting pass percentages significantly (e.g., 21% to 63% in 2023). He has secured AICTE grants worth Rs. 12.55 lakhs for faculty development and innovation programs. Dr. Kannan is also active in professional bodies (ISTE, SAE), has organized events like hackathons, and contributed to community service as an NSS officer for 10 years. His achievements include 100% student placement at RVS and awards for academic excellence. He is currently guiding two Ph.D. scholars and remains a key figure in curriculum development and accreditation processes.
Dr. A.G. Mohan Das Gandhi

He has 6.6 years of experience in industries and 18 years of experience in teaching. He has completed his BE in PSNA College of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul, ME in Anna University, Coimbatore, and completed his Ph.D. in Anna University, Chennai. He is specialized in Material Science. He has published 10 research papers in various national and international journals. He is a life member of ISTE and IAE. He has acted as Chief superintendent in Anna University Examinations and he is the coordinator of Rotaract club of our college.
Dr. S. Ashok Kumar

Dr. S. Ashok Kumar is heading the department of Science and Humanities. He has been awarded Ph.D. degree in Physics in the year 2014. He has a total experience of ten years in academic and research. He has published 15 research papers in international journals and participated in a number of conferences and seminars. His areas of research interest in Nanoscience and Technology, nanocomposites, and Nanobiomaterials. He serves as a reviewer of more than 10 journals which includes Saudi Journal of Biological, Biomedical and Environmental Science, Spectrochemica Acta Part A: Molecular and Biomolecular Spectroscopy, Process Biochemistry, Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Materials Science and Engineering B are a few to mention. He has organized webinar and Quiz programs for faculty and students
